  • Scope of Service

    • Single-day pre arranged private round-trip passenger transportation, which includes:

      • For Crystal Mountain and Stevens Pass: Up to 10 hours included booked time from of pick-up, after which a rate of $100/hr is applied (in 15 minute billing increments)

      • For Snoqualmie/Alpental: Up to 7 hours included booked time from pick-up, after which a rate of $100/hr is applied (in 15 minute billing increments)

      • Maximum of 6 passengers and appropriate snow sports equipment.

      • Pick-up and drop-off at a requested pre-arranged time and location/address, allowed within roughly 30 mile radius of Seattle (otherwise at provider discretion, possibly subject to additional charge)

      • Northwest Ski Concierge is not responsible for any delays or interruptions to planned client activities due to weather, traffic, closures, etc.

  • Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

    • A deposit of 25% is due at booking.

    • Deposit is non-refundable unless in the event of force majeure (impassable winter/foul weather, closures, or events beyond control) prevents service.

    • Remaining balance is due, at the latest, upon pick-up on day of service.

    • Payments may be subject to credit card processing fees.

    • Cancellation must be made more than 24 hours before pick-up. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up incur full trip rate.

    • Deposit is non-refundable in the case of client cancellation.

  • Passenger Conduct and Safety

    • Alcohol, smoking, drugs, or other controlled substances are prohibited in the vehicle.

    • All passengers must wear seat belts and remain seated while vehicle is moving.

    • Client is responsible for any damage solely caused by guests to vehicle interior and/or exterior.

    • Cancellation/refusal of service is solely at the discretion of service provider.
